Ever since we got to know Daun Belalai Gajah (Sabah Snake Grass) ni is a natural remedy for thyroid (mostly untuk cancer cases dan pelbagai penyakit lain), MrBawsman beli anak pokok untuk di tanam sendiri. Who else have to take care the plant if not me?

Dengar kata tak cerewet nak jaga pokok ni. Kalau diletak tempat yang tak terlalu terik matahari daun nya akan jadi lebih gemuk/besar. Nak tanam anak pokok pun senang sebab dari batang pokok yang dipatahkan pun boleh tumbuh jadi anak pokok. Daun dia boleh buat ulam, dikeringkan jadi teh dan blend untuk jus.

Sekarang ni pagi-pagi lepas siram pokok ni...terus petik daun untuk dibuat jus.

What's good for the loved ones mesti kita buat kan? Kalau ikut kebanyakkan blog, nak jadi ubat...at least 30 helai daun belalai gajah ni blend dengan sebiji epal hijau. Nak sedap sikit boleh tambah perahan lemon. Lepas blend..don't keep it for more than 5 minutes. Nanti khasiat hilang. Boleh diminum sebelum atau selepas sarapan pagi.

Besides hospital medication, I do believe in natural remedies. Sebab rasa banyak makan ubat doktor ni, kot macam-macam side effectnya. So this belalai gajah is said to be a natural remedy for various illness. Boleh check it out dekat other blogs/websites. In fact ada dijual teh uncang dan jus dalam botol which can be consumed straight away.

I guess next time I should try this juice too sebab among the benefits adalah membuang toksin dalam badan di samping mengurangkan keletihan. We supermak needs lots of energy!

Review Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant

Recent facial dekat Treat & Care Beauty the beautician gave this sample for me to try. I was a bit concerned about my skin yang sangat kering dan suram. Told her that I'm already using Dermalogica Hydrating Booster (read review here) and it seems skin getting better now. So she suggested to also use microfoliant to get rid of the dead skin and that can make my complexion looks more radiant. Katanya!

So tempting nak beli. But it's not in my budget obviously. 75ml for RM250. Of course lah she talked me into buying the item for few times, almost jugak lah nak kata OKAY. Tapi, finally she yang mengalah and ended up gave me sample of 2 packets. Hehehe..I berjaya mengelak! Happy!

This is how it looks like. It's of fine grain that you have to mix with water and make it into foam like sebelum apply it to damp face. As for me, I concentrate more on nose area and the chin.

As the name implies, it can be used daily. However, I don't really trust exfoliants to be used everyday. It's like you pakai kertas pasir kikis satu permukaan hari-hari. Lama-lama nipis kan? Can't imagine our facial skin jadi cam tu.

Bare skin after using the exfoliant. Right sebelum basuh. After washing condition, I must say rasa licin dan mulus je kulit. Especially nose area. I know the white head, black head segala gone by then! I love this product. Using it once a week for now. A packet can last for 3 usage kot. Should I buy this? A friend of mine is suggesting another brand which could be a good substitute too. Hmmm...what exfoliant or scrub you are using?

Review Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster

I started to use this skin booster for about a month now, two weeks before Adania Skincare (the review here). Reason? My skin got so dry. I had flaky skin at the corner of mouth both sides. Nampak macam air liur basi kot kadang-kadang tu and worst it becomes darker. Hahahha.. It all began when I went for facial and the beautician suggested only this (with some other items plus the 6 facial programs - nak kena pow dah ni!). I managed to escape unhurt, but slightly a hole in my green purse for just this. RM252 for 30ml, to be used twice a day morning and night for few drops each time. Estimated to last 4-5 months.



It has no color. Liquid form. No fragrance too. It won't leave skin feeling heavy or greasy. I usually apply it after toner. Then top it with face oil, moisturizer and last but not least the SPF (during the day). It works for me so far. Especially once I used it together with Adania Skincare. I notice that it does keep my skin moisturized and shoo away dull/dry skin.

Will go for second bottle, for sure (errr..will double check my purse first :p)

Not so much of review like other beauty experts out there. Tapi janji yang ini sincere punya!

Cerita dia macam ni....Few months back while still busy doing my Masters thesis..I have this problem di mana kedua-dua belah siku jadi lebih hitam. Punca? Sebab tak ada proper study area, I always lying on the carpet and that's when kerap bergesel siku dengan kapet sampai hitam legam! Serious...

I bought the bigger bottle 300ml for RM14.90 Very much affordable for everyone. I must say this size is not suitable nak bawak travel. The packaging nothing fancy. Bau dia memang made to captivate lah. Derived from Belle Amour which consists of Apple Melon, Blackcurrant and Parisian Pink Rose Petal. I personally coupled this with the matching Roll-On Deodorant. Semerbak ok.

The 3 effective ingredients are :

Vitamin B3
Assists the aggregation of melanin to prevent pigmentation.

Sakura Concentrate
Works against tyrosinase activity to even out skin tone.

Licorice Concentrate

Oh ya, I super kiasu nak cepat putihkan balik siku....apply both Enchanteur Paris Whitening Body Lotion on top of Nivea Intensive Moisture Serum setiap kali lepas mandi di waktu pagi dan sekali lagi before going to bed. Hasilnya, sungguh berkesan. Sekarang tidak sehitam dulu lagi. :-)

Review Adania Skincare

Dah lama sangat tak buat review. Dapat juga curi masa hari ni. Skincare product ni baru dua hari pakai. Belum nampak hasil pun. Hold on to the positive result (Insya Allah). TAPI I must say I fell in love with the smell. Masya Allah, it is so natural, fresh and spa-like wangi betul! The packaging is distinctive and looks expensive. Ala Aesop.

What is more important besides the smell and packaging, the fact that it is 100% natural and that means chemical free! Oh yes, please be proud, it is a local brand.

I bought the product through an agent which contacted over Whatsapp from the number given dekat Instagram. She's the agent for Shah Alam area. Service is good. Friendly and responsive bila ditanya soalan. It's my first time buying skincare via online. I got to know about the product after Wardina shared it on her instagram. I'm all interested with natural products and am looking for new skincare sebab lately rasa the skin so dull dan tak sekata. Mungkin sebab cuaca sangat panas dan myself not the type who drinks a lot.

If you familiar with Garden of Eden serum, lebih kurang adik beradik la bau dengan Adania ni. Fresh, natural dan macam dalam spa! Oh ya, I could not find any website to see the details of the products. Tapi dalam parcel yang dihantar ada diberi brosur. Lengkap la segala maklumat with price details. Honey dan lemon bagus untuk kesihatan anda

Saya dah cuba ni 3 hari, so far so good. Idah yang suggest saya cuba ni masa bertanyakan pengambilan supplement tempohari. Umur dah menginjak 3 series ni memang kena jaga kesihatan uols. Tak macam dulu semua main redah je.

Sekarang, buat keje lebih sket dah semput. Jalan jauh sikit dah penat. Angkat berat sikit dah sakit pinggang. Kena jaga kesihatan, bak kata Makcik Odah tukang urut saya "kita nak guna dia lama lagi". Kena ada maintenance kan?

Tak perlu lah saya cerita khasiat lemon dan honey ni. Boleh saja baca di sini dan sini. Banyak lagi sebenarnya cerita khasiat kedua-duanya. Bila google, celebrity blogger Hanis Zalikha dan Mama dia pun ada blog pasal ni.

Saya beli madu jenama GiantB. Botol kecil harga RM26. Ada beberapa jenis madu rupanya, dan masing2 ada khasiat tersendiri. Selepas bertanyakan akak yang menjual saya pilih Pure Honey. Ianya boleh digunakan untuk seisi keluarga. 3 khasiat utama yang membuatkan ianya menjadi pilihan:
(1)Bagus untuk memberi tenaga (untuk saya),
(2)menajamkan memori &
(3)melegakan selesema (untuk kids).

Oh ya, madu ni ada 2 dont's. Pertamanya, jangan disimpan di dalam peti sejuk. Keduanya, jangan menggukan sudu besi. Sebaiknya pakai sudu plastik.

Lemon pula 0.65sen sebiji. Banyak kegunaan lemon ni. Kalau dah perah ambil jus nya jangan dibuang kulit tu, boleh masuk dalam sabun pencuci pinggan. Setelah bertukar warna, boleh lah dibuang. Lemon dan seperti juga limau yang lain terkenal sebagai ajen pembersih yang handal. Jangan lupa, boleh juga buat bersih microwave seperti dalam entri saya sebelum ni.

Insya Allah, saya akan cuba amalkan pengambilan honey lemon ni. Jom cuba!
