Sebenarnya sebelum MrKingofMyHeart beria-ia ajak beli ni beberapa minggu lepas, memang I pun ada dengar pasal kehebatan AIRsim ni. Tapi tak adalah ambil pusing sangat. Sebab utama bila tengok harga dia...for innerwear je..amboi mak..hampir mencecah RM70 sehelai.

Berapa hari dah si Idrees mengidam nak makan salted egg crab. Selalu makan di Restoran Mohd Abdullah Chan. Tapi kehabisan telur masin kata waiter tu bila kami nak buat pesanan. Arrghhh..agak kecewa. Start kereta...

Alhamdulillah sampai jugak. Masa tu dalam pukul 8.50pm. Full house. Kena tunggu sekejap sebelum dapat meja. Syukur tak payah tunggu lama. Kalau tak, mesti ada yang meragam kat situ. Masing-masing perut dah lapar.

Kami berempat order teh bunga. All of us except Idrees minum je teh bunga tu. Idrees tak nak. Dia kata pelik teh bunga ni. Selalu teh bunga mana ada bunga sekali? Heeeee...

Malam tu makan besar. Nasi putih, telur goreng degan udang, butter prawn, salted egg crab size S, tomyam campur dan sayur kailan. Semua sedap!! Ketam dia besar, so portion untuk size S tu ada dua ekor ketam yang dipotong kecil. But I must say salted egg crab dia tak boleh lawan Restoran Mohd Abdullah Chan punya, sebab yang ni tak ada gravy. Dia macam buat goreng tepung with salted egg. Kami suka yang berkuah.

Oh ya, lepas makan kat situ..kalau rajin boleh pegi ambil gambar di #lorongbelakang yang merupakan inisiatif pihak MBSA untuk mengubah suasana lorong belakang di kawasan komersial Seksyen 7 menjadi kawasan yang selamat, bersih, indah dan boleh dilawati oleh pengunjung. Ada banyak juga hasil seni 2D dan 3D. Menarik! Cuma jika pergi di waktu malam..pastikan anda tidak geli/takut dengan lipas. BANYAK lipas yang BESAR2 di sana!

Review Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant

Assalamualaikum..

Recent facial dekat Treat & Care Beauty the beautician gave this sample for me to try. I was a bit concerned about my skin yang sangat kering dan suram. Told her that I'm already using Dermalogica Hydrating Booster (read review here) and it seems skin getting better now. So she suggested to also use microfoliant to get rid of the dead skin and that can make my complexion looks more radiant. Katanya!

So tempting nak beli. But it's not in my budget obviously. 75ml for RM250. Of course lah she talked me into buying the item for few times, almost jugak lah nak kata OKAY. Tapi, finally she yang mengalah and ended up gave me sample of 2 packets. Hehehe..I berjaya mengelak! Happy!

This is how it looks like. It's of fine grain that you have to mix with water and make it into foam like sebelum apply it to damp face. As for me, I concentrate more on nose area and the chin.

As the name implies, it can be used daily. However, I don't really trust exfoliants to be used everyday. It's like you pakai kertas pasir kikis satu permukaan hari-hari. Lama-lama nipis kan? Can't imagine our facial skin jadi cam tu.

Bare skin after using the exfoliant. Right sebelum basuh. After washing condition, I must say rasa licin dan mulus je kulit. Especially nose area. I know the white head, black head segala gone by then! I love this product. Using it once a week for now. A packet can last for 3 usage kot. Should I buy this? A friend of mine is suggesting another brand which could be a good substitute too. Hmmm...what exfoliant or scrub you are using?

Tetiba rasa nak share pasal supplement. Consumed sejak 3 bulan lebih dah kot ESP Shaklee ni. Macamana terjebak? Memang dah lama nak cari supplement untuk bagi tenaga..sebabnya selalu rasa cepat penat. Dalam hati terdetik jugak...makan tahun umur makin bertambah...high chance sebab faktor umur. Ditambah pulak in-denial..tak mengaku awak tu tak fit sebab tak bersenam langsung!

Dah gitu...Boleh ke makan supplement je terus dapat "membekalkan tenaga yang berterusan selama beberapa jam"? Haa ni lah kita nak cerita ni. My straight answer is NOOOO... mana nak ada magic solution. Kena ada concerted effort untuk jadi lebih bertenaga dan seterusnya kecapi kesihatan yang lebih baik. Maknanya? Makan kena betul, tidur kena cukup, aktiviti yang setimpal, hidup tanpa stress...senang kata semua kena seimbang dan within your capacity.

Merepek apa ni? Just see it this way...You eat well, no heavy activity tapi tidur 4 jam je sebab semalam tengok midnight balik lewat and the next day morning call. Kesannya memang tak bertenaga jugak. You sleep well, eat well tapi hari tu buat kerja berat angkat 10 baldi air naik tangga turun tangga, basuh baju 4 round, sidai, angkat, lipat dan kemas baju segunung. You think you ada energy lagi nak stay up buat assignment term paper 3000 words?

So, in my opinion yang tak langsung doktor ni....kita ambik supplement ni untuk menampung zat yang tidak cukup dalam gizi pemakanan kita seharian. Contoh macam ESP ni kan nama panjangnya Energizing Soy Protein - jadi dia bekalkan protein pada badan kita. Protein yang kita dapat dari "ayam masak kicap pedas" tu mungkin kekurangan sebab makanan tu kita masak di mana tahap kepanasan mungkin menjejaskan kandungan zat protein tadi. Dengan adanya supplement ni ianya supporting sahaja, kita masih PERLU mengamalkan gaya pemakanan dan hidup yang sihat untuk kekal sihat dan bertenaga!

So apa yang best sangat ESP ni? Kalau ikut label dekat canister tu kata, "good source of soy protein....sustains energy and helps ward off hunger". Plus dia ada juga essential B vitamins, calcium and soy isoflavones. Tapi....kalau tengok the way they market it ....bagi ayat marketing sket....then ESP bagus untuk those who wants to get pregnant, pregnant women, breastfeeding moms, on diet dan bermacam-macam lagi. Selain menambah tenaga, boleh bagi cantik kulit lah, susu banyak lah... haaa part yang cantik kulit tu menariks tu..

Boleh baca banyak promo dan review by distributor agents as well as consumers. Interesting reads dekat Kotak Vitamin Saya, Celik Vitamin, Ibu Cergas Keluarga Sihat. ESP Shaklee ni boleh buat mask jugak kalau ikut dalam blog Ibu Cergas Keluarga Sihat. Blogger Mrs. M.S Saufi kata dia minum ESP ni pening-pening pulak masa dalam pantang sampai doktor suruh stop minum. Salah satu blog which gave me ideas macam mana bancuhan pelbagai rasa ESP ni dari Irine Nadia Marcello. The following would be my story...

Pagi-pagi around 8am, I have a full spoon of ESP with either Milo atau Low Fat Milk. Masukkan dalam shaker then shake away sampai larut kesemuanya. Ingat, jangan pakai air panas nanti habisss rosak zat protein tu. Minum sambil duduk, pegang pakai tangan kanan. Don't forget baca bismillah, selawat ke. Semoga lebih berkat bila ikut sunnah nabi ya dak?

Tak ada pulak pening ke apa sejak mengambil ESP ni. Rasa lebih bertenaga? Hmmm, since ianya mengenyangkan ye rasa bertenaga lah to start the day. I can tahan with just this for breakfast sebelum lapar balik pukul 11am macam tu. Tapi tak tau lah kalau orang lain, cause I memang small eater and don't really have big breakfast usually.

Kulit lebih cantik dan gebus? Hmmm, tak perasan pulak. Maklum lah sekali harung try supplement ni, skincare baru dan booster baru.... So don't know which one jadi pemangkin untuk kulit yang tiada cela ini (ahaks). Mungkin juga combination of all three. Tapikan, since this ESP shaklee is a natural product so it will take long term before you can see the result. Anyhow, kulit cantik ni tujuan sampingan sahaja!

Susu lebih banyak? That I can't provide testimonial lah sebab tak ada baby :p

ESP Shaklee ni berharga RM121, 850g. I beli from one of adik junior dekat UiTM sama-sama Masters dulu. Sekarang, jiran sebelah rumah pun dah jadi agent Shaklee. Ramai dengar kata dah join jadi agents. Semua orang cari duit lebih ek. I jugak keje membeli je. Adoi!

Selain ESP Shaklee, I also consume B-Complex Shaklee, EPO dan Vitamin C. Kadang-kadang makan Habbatus Sauda juga. Will get to those supplement some other time. Till then!

Review Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster

I started to use this skin booster for about a month now, two weeks before Adania Skincare (the review here). Reason? My skin got so dry. I had flaky skin at the corner of mouth both sides. Nampak macam air liur basi kot kadang-kadang tu and worst it becomes darker. Hahahha.. It all began when I went for facial and the beautician suggested only this (with some other items plus the 6 facial programs - nak kena pow dah ni!). I managed to escape unhurt, but slightly a hole in my green purse for just this. RM252 for 30ml, to be used twice a day morning and night for few drops each time. Estimated to last 4-5 months.



It has no color. Liquid form. No fragrance too. It won't leave skin feeling heavy or greasy. I usually apply it after toner. Then top it with face oil, moisturizer and last but not least the SPF (during the day). It works for me so far. Especially once I used it together with Adania Skincare. I notice that it does keep my skin moisturized and shoo away dull/dry skin.

Will go for second bottle, for sure (errr..will double check my purse first :p)

Review ENCHANTEUR PARIS Whitening Body Lotion

Cerita dia macam ni....Few months back while still busy doing my Masters thesis..I have this problem di mana kedua-dua belah siku jadi lebih hitam. Punca? Sebab tak ada proper study area, I always lying on the carpet and that's when kerap bergesel siku dengan kapet sampai hitam legam! Serious...

At first tak perasan langsung...when you were too busy with something else kadang-kadang akan ada benda yang overlooked. Especially less important macam siku? This was an instant pick sebab 'Triple whitening' is believed to be the solution for dark areas on our body such as elbows, knees and the back of our neck. I bought the bigger bottle 300ml for RM14.90 Very much affordable for everyone. I must say this size is not suitable nak bawak travel. The packaging nothing fancy. Bau dia memang made to captivate lah. Derived from Belle Amour which consists of Apple Melon, Blackcurrant and Parisian Pink Rose Petal. I personally coupled this with the matching Roll-On Deodorant. Semerbak ok.

The 3 effective ingredients are :

Vitamin B3
Assists the aggregation of melanin to prevent pigmentation.

Sakura Concentrate
Works against tyrosinase activity to even out skin tone.

Licorice Concentrate
Prevents the formation of dark pigment from the exposure to UV rays.

Oh ya, I super kiasu nak cepat putihkan balik siku....apply both Enchanteur Paris Whitening Body Lotion on top of Nivea Intensive Moisture Serum setiap kali lepas mandi di waktu pagi dan sekali lagi before going to bed. Hasilnya, sungguh berkesan. Sekarang tidak sehitam dulu lagi. :-)

Review Adania Skincare

Dah lama sangat tak buat review. Dapat juga curi masa hari ni. Skincare product ni baru dua hari pakai. Belum nampak hasil pun. Hold on to the positive result (Insya Allah). TAPI I must say I fell in love with the smell. Masya Allah, it is so natural, fresh and spa-like wangi betul! The packaging is distinctive and looks expensive. Ala Aesop.

What is more important besides the smell and packaging, the fact that it is 100% natural and that means chemical free! Oh yes, please be proud, it is a local brand.

I bought the product through an agent which contacted over Whatsapp from the number given dekat Instagram. She's the agent for Shah Alam area. Service is good. Friendly and responsive bila ditanya soalan. It's my first time buying skincare via online. I got to know about the product after Wardina shared it on her instagram. I'm all interested with natural products and am looking for new skincare sebab lately rasa the skin so dull dan tak sekata. Mungkin sebab cuaca sangat panas dan myself not the type who drinks a lot.

Oh ya, I could not find any website to see the details of the products. Tapi dalam parcel yang dihantar ada diberi brosur. Lengkap la segala maklumat with price details. Review of Primrose E Serum Garden of Eden

Okay, if you don't have serum in your skincare regime you might want to consider one. Let's read about serum and understand that moisturizer alone is not enough. Hah, itu petanda more money out from your purse! :p I used to wear Oil of Olay's but I guess it is time to try new one (plus it was a suggestion by who else if not you! Awin)

Serums are thick liquid-like products with active ingredients like vitamins and anti-oxidants that are formulated with smaller molecules so they can penetrate deep into the skin. While facial serums can give you added moisture, the main reason you’d want to use a facial serum is to get added nutrients into deeper layers of your skin that a regular moisturizer is not able to reach. Due to their large molecules, moisturizers can only penetrate the first layer of the skin, allowing them to to hydrate and seal in moisture. * My stand would be if we can avoid alcohol based cosmestics/perfume even better, else we have to understand that the alcohol used in cosmetics/perfume not for the purpose of getting drunk / intoxicated (memabukkan) maka hukum nya harus. Wallahualam.

After first application? I love wearing mask. Positively, I feel moisturized and relaxed!

Review of Bio Essence Miracle Bio Water

This is my 2nd bottle of Miracle Bio Water and am loving it

After SimplySiti White & Detox Night Cream review which you can read it here, I would like to give a review (am not getting paid) on this favorite item of mine (at least for now). If you didn't know, Scha Alyahya is the brand ambassador for Bio Essence. See it here! Untung dia dapat Miracle Bio Water for free!

Other brand like Avene is calling it Thermal water. I haven't tried to use Avene. But suppose the benefit should be more or less the same to give soothing, cooling effects.

Does your skin need special water? IMHO, this is more like a want, rather than a need. I must say that. We still can live without sprinkling special water on our face. :-) So, what actually made me buy it? When I used to work on the field, I travelled a lot from one place to the other. Sometimes driving during the noon at 36 degree C, then parked the car 100 meters away from the entrance actually exposed my facial skin to the sun and it became dehydrated and burned. Serum, Moisturizer and SPF not enough to keep me moisturized and fresh. I used this miracle water for a quick fix. It works! Ya, it really freshens up my skin for at least 5 minutes. :p After that, it leaves the skin moisturized but that doesn't mean that it can replace moisturizer.

Way before I learned about this water, I just sprinkled the drinking water or mineral water on my face. Right from the water bottle - don't even use the spray bottle. Fine it did make me feel refresh too, but very slightly like in 10 seconds? There is no cooling effect obviously.

After first application? Wow! Instant cooling and soothing. Feel refresh. But mind you, it is temporary effect. I don't use make up that much so I don't know if it works to set up makeup like some who commented about it.

What make I chose it? - 1. credit to the choice of words to describe "repairing, purifies and brightens skin while you sleep". Local Product? - No. Written on the box, Made in Korea. However, it is local brand.

Smell? Light mediumly scented, pleasant

Packaging? Small about 1/2 size of my palm - nicely hold, probably because it is 30g.
