eSPPSEL Permohonan Murid Tahun 1, 2015

Tahun depan Idrees dah nak masuk Tahun 1. Kena daftar kemasukan mulai sekarang. Dulu Adam pun daftar di Sekolah Kebangsaan, tapi lulus ujian di Sekolah Hira' maka masuk belajar di sana.

Urusan mengisi borang adalah melalui atas talian (online). Boleh layari laman web di sini. Hahhaha, agak formal di situ!

OKay, kisahnya hari ni nak beli setem RM0.60 dan sampul surat size biasa untuk urusan permohonan sekolah. Semalam dah sampai pejabat sekolah pun tapi tak cukup itu ini maka tidak diterima dan diminta datang semula!

Gigih, pagi tadi cari tempat nak photocopy IC encik suami. Bila hantar borang permohonan masuk Tahun 1, kena semak beberapa dokumen penting yang perlu salinan dan yang asal perlu dibawa bersama semasa penghantaran borang. Antara dokumen penting adalah:
- Sijil lahir
- Bil Utiliti (salah satu - Air/Elektrik)
- Kad Pengenalan Ibu & Bapa / Penjaga
- Surat Nikah

Semasa penghantaran borang, sijil lahir perlu dibawa bersama.

Bismillah, kejap lagi petang sikit sebelum pejabat sekolah tutup pukul 4.30 nak singgah hantar.

Run, Sha, Run!

Semalam memang terkejar-kejar. Selesai masak untuk kids dan draft blog post untuk "IT Entrepreneurship & Innovation" class terus ambil Idrees from school tepat 12.30pm. On the way balik, Ita called cakap jadi pegi Serasi nak suruh tolong jawab survey. Rezeki, syukur!

Tengok tu mereka tengah jawab survey macam rupa orang amik exam. Ahahahha.. Terima kasih lah kawan-kawan. Jasamu dikenang. Insya Allah nanti dah dapat kerja I melanja donut. Masing-masing belum lunch, lepas jawab survey pegi late lunch Nasi Beriyani Gam Batu Pahat 24hours dekat Seri Kembangan tu. Not bad la rasa dia. Plus makan free, memang la nikmat kan!

Dah abis lunch, rushing again ambil Adam from school. Nasib baik sempat sampai around 4pm dia belum selesai mengaji. Tengok muka dia happy sebab mami sampai on time. I was telling him earlier mami mungkin lewat so dia kena tunggu dekat situ till about 4.45 cam gitu. Just nice la timing anyway.

It doesn't stop there. Adam nak exam next week. So have to do revision. Untuk Pendidikan Seni dah dapat 3 titles to choose. Dia pilih "ikan saya" which kena buat menggunakan teknik kolaj. Hah! Mami jadi teacher la sekejap uols.

Nampak tak ikan sekor je. Suruh buat lebih malas! Siap tulis caption "A pelas" referring to A+. Lol!

EPF or KWSP Shah Alam working hours

Today, I'm going to take a role as a runner. Usually we heard about job as runner in production house. A runner in production/broadcasting industry is an entry-level position, the most junior role in the production department of the company. There is no single job description as runners act as general assistants and undertake whatever basic tasks are required to ensure the smooth running of the production process. I got that from the UK's official graduate career's website.

In my context of being a runner for the house, I have to run some errands either for me or any of the family member. Like today, I got to do some printing of the assignment and forms (printer koyak). Then have to settle the school fees (mine), replenish personal care stuffs (kids,hubs and mine) including this one go to EPF to do some information updates (mine too).

Here is some useful information if you want to go to EPF Shah Alam branch.

There are 15 counters my friend, should be fast to serve us. Pretty quick the time I went there at about 11-ish am on Friday.

Since August 1, 2012 if you need to update the nomination information there are few things to take note:
1. have to be presence at the counter
2. nomination through POS or next of kin/relative is not allowed
3. EPF staff and the person to be nominated are not allowed to be the witness for nomination registration
4. Only a complete nomination form filled up with Black Pen is accepted
5. Make sure information about witness is filled up and have to stamp the thumb print in front of the witness. No use of Stamp pad and Liquid Paper is allowed.
