Have you heard about Board of Innovation?

Yay! it is the final blog post for my SYS 752 class - IT Entrepreneurship & Innovation. I have yet to review the 15 business models, but sooner or later I have to go through it. Still looking for possible project title ...padahal nak kena present the business proposal dah next Saturday. Homaigod!

By the way, the event went well just now. Kalau ingat lagi I had a blog post on the event sometime ago in here. I was the emcee though I had pretty nasty cough towards the end that my classmate had to take a over to close the event. Will post up some photos very soon! :-)

Resepi ketam masak lemak cili padi

I tried to cook everyday. Kalau tak dapat all meals, breakfast ke, lunch or dinner. Nama je duduk rumah, kids send to day care for half day tapi masa all gone dok buat thesis ni plus kerja-kerja rumah seperti mengemas, membasuh, melipat, menyapu, mengemop dan segala 'me' lagi!.

Alhamdulillah uols Chap 3 dah siap kejap tadi. Terus update blog! Malam ni nak revise balik if ada grammatical error ke, touch here and there. Malam ni jugak ada online discussion with Kak Ina untuk content for preso this Saturday on Artificial Intelligent Agent. Apakah? Oh ya ada lagi...nak prepare script lagi. I will be an emcee for the coming event also on Saturday. Wah wah..jam pack ketat kan schedule?

Kelmarin masak ni. Makan dengan telur masin dan sambal belacan. Sedap! 4 ekor masak, I dapat 1/2 je. Kids berebut, dedi pun kena beralah. Apa boleh buat, mami masak konon sedap sekali dalam dunia!

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :
4 ekor ketam
10 tangkai kacang buncis, kerat 4 setiap 1
1 batang serai, dititik
1 helai daun kunyit di potong halus
3 cawan santan
2 keping asam gelugor
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

BAHAN-BAHAN KISAR HALUS :
12 biji cili padi (warna hijau)
1 inci kunyit hidup
6 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci belacan // tak letak pun

CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Ketam dibersihkan, kerat hujung2 kaki kecil ketam, dan ketuk sedikit penyepitnya supaya mudah untuk mengeluarkan isinya nanti. Kerat 2 setiap seekor. Cuci bersih, tos dan masukkan ke dalam periuk.
Masukkan serai titik dan bahan2 kisar halus. Kacau rata dan masak hingga mendidih. Tuang santan dan kacau perlahan. Biar mendidih dan ketam berubah warna. Masukkan asam gelugor dan kacang buncis.
Perasakan dengan garam secukup rasa dan sedikit gula. Kacau perlahan dan biar mendidih dengan api sederana. Masak sekejap, rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api. Hidangkan bersama nasi dan lauk2 lain..

Ihtifal & concert Little Caliphs Putra Heights 2013

Idrees pun ada ihtifal jugak. Selang sehari je dengan si Adam. Mami and Dedi penat 2 hari tu! Tapi berbaloi..alhamdulillah. Teachers commented Idrees for being a friendly child, but never completed his assignments in the allotted time. Do I get angry with him? No! Mami has to be supportive kan. He scored 92.4 average marks for 5 subjects. Not bad kan. Can't be too pushy. Idrees is different than Adam. Setiap anak tu potential dia tak sama, perangai tak sama..serba serbi unique (cuba jadi positive!)

Kalau Adam suka participate dalam persembahan tapi tak nak too outstanding (yang belakang2, tak de script lagi baik, tak banyak movement lagi senang).. Idrees is neutral tapi always teacher chose him to be the front line atau kalau sukan jadi anchor runner. Sebab dia ni selamba badak and sporting jugak.

Tahun ni ada 3 persembahan Idrees masa ihtifal. Patutlah dekat rumah ada steps yang dia dok berlatih when I asked him adik buat apa, he stopped from doing it and said 'tak ada apa!'. Tak tunjuk langsung..so secretive. Bila tengok dia buat persembahan, ohhh melting! He is so cute and adorable. Bangga mami and dedi!
