Buah melaka bukan dimakan bila bulan puasa je



I made this for hubs today. This is his favorite. Alahai, suka nya dia. So funny that I made this for supper, bukan nya minum petang! Hahahhaha..I have good intention. Today, is my pay day from hubs (the baws). So macam nak say thank you jugak la. ;-)

Earlier today after sending Idrees to school, I went to CyberSecurity Malaysia to meet old friends. Bumped into few good friends. Oh, miss working life kejap. Balik after picked up the kids sampai rumah dah about 5ish pm. So memang tak sempat nak buat buah melaka ni. Itu yang KIV till little later. I cook mihun tomyam for dinner (that's on separate entry).

Resepi belasah sendiri after cedok from few references.

Bahan-bahan
Doh
1 cwn tepung pulut
sedikit garam
2 titik pewarna hijau
1/4 cawan air
2 helai daun pandan

Inti
Gula melaka potong kecil (agak2 la berapa banyak perlu)

Dressing
kelapa parut secukupnya di campur garam sikit

Cara
Air dan daun pandan di kisar. Tapiskan.
Campurkan tepung pulut dan garam dalam bekas
Masukkan pewarna, air sedikit demi sedikit
Uli hingga boleh dibentuk (menjadi doh)
Ambil adunan dan buatkan bulat2 kecil, leperkan dan letak inti gula melaka didalamya.
Tutup dan bentukkan bulat.
Didihkan air dalam periuk.
Masukkan buah melaka ke dlm air.
Biarkan terapung baru angkat dan tapis sekejap.
Kemudian golekkan dalam kelapa parut untuk dressing.
